How the three skills compose#
Run once, then use forever:
/task-workflow:doc-init- Once per project. Recons the repo, proposes a worklog/refs layout, scaffolds.notes-config.yml+new-note.sh./task-workflow:doc-new-note- Throughout the day. Calls the script, returns a path, enforces naming/sequence./task-workflow:doc-sweep- End of day. Reads today's notes, resolves tensions, fills the daily summary. Convergent — safe to re-run.
/task-workflow:doc-init needs four asset files (templates it copies verbatim into the project). They ship inside the plugin.
Install (one plugin)#
Everything on this site installs from a single plugin — no curl, no shell. Paste these into Claude Code:
/plugin marketplace add blakesims/task-workflow-plugin
/plugin install task-workflow@task-workflow-marketplace
/reload-plugins/reload-plugins activates it in the current session — no restart needed. Or use the Copy install button above to hand the whole job to your agent.
The four asset files ship inside the plugin, so /task-workflow:doc-init always finds its templates. After install: invoke /task-workflow:doc-init in a fresh project, then /task-workflow:doc-new-note and /task-workflow:doc-sweep day-to-day.
